Find what's holding your business back.

We look across leads, sales, pricing, finance, staffing and marketing to find the constraint that is actually holding performance back — then build and execute the fix.

The problem

Stop treating symptoms one provider at a time.

Marketing can generate leads that sales cannot close. Sales can close work that pricing makes unprofitable. Growth can expose staffing and cash-flow problems. The constraint is connected to the system.

Typical approach

More providers. More handoffs. More things for the owner to coordinate.

  • Agency fixes traffic.
  • Sales coach fixes closing.
  • Bookkeeper reports the numbers.
  • Recruiter fills the vacancy.
Inflection approach

One diagnostic. One prioritised plan. The right specialist at the right point.

  • See the whole business first.
  • Find the constraint.
  • Define the KPI and intervention.
  • Execute and measure.
The Inflection Diagnostic

A repeatable path from uncertainty to action.

KPI · gross margin
04Finance

Books & Financial Visibility

Reporting, cash visibility and decision-ready numbers.

KPI · cash visibility
05People

Staffing & Hiring

Roles, accountability, utilisation, hiring and team bottlenecks.

KPI · utilisation
06Demand

Marketing & Web Presence

Positioning, acquisition, conversion, tracking and lead economics.

KPI · lead value
Performance assurance

Do not pay for activity. Pay for progress.

Where an engagement includes performance assurance, the benchmark, timeframe, requirements and terms are agreed in writing before execution. There is no blanket promise of revenue.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Clear answers before the first conversation.

What happens during the 15-minute diagnostic call?

We get a fast picture of the business, understand what is happening now and what you want to change, and decide what should be investigated first. It is a working conversation, not a generic pitch.

Who is Inflection for?

Owner-led businesses with real commercial activity and a growth, profitability, execution or operational bottleneck. The diagnostic is also useful when you know performance is off but cannot identify why.

Do you replace our existing providers?

Not automatically. If an existing provider is doing a good job, the right answer may be to keep them and fix the missing piece.

Do I have to buy all six services?

No. The diagnostic is designed to identify the constraint first. The prescribed engagement should follow the evidence.

How much does the work cost?

The initial diagnostic call is free. Any paid engagement is scoped after the business and required intervention are understood; there is no retainer commitment before diagnosis.

Do you guarantee revenue?

No blanket revenue guarantee is implied. Any performance assurance is tied to a specific measurable benchmark, timeframe, requirements and written terms.

What if we are not a fit?

That is a valid outcome. If the business does not need the type of intervention Inflection can provide, the goal is to tell you that rather than force a package.
